Our flagship operation is our Kitoko Maui food truck. 

Located next to the Blue Door Bakery in Kihei, we proudly offer classy and casual dining in a lush tropical oasis.

Our best seller is our Braised Maui Beef Loco Moco.  The beef is seasoned with tamarind sauce, served with crispy sushi rice, green papaya salad and a fried egg.

Dishes such as this have earned us national recognition. 

Being named to Eater's top 25 restaurants on Maui in 2021 and again in 2025 has been a great boost to our business.  

We have also graced the pages of Conde Nast Traveler as mentioned in their Top 19 Places to eat on Maui.  

As our reputation grew we never rested on our laurels constantly thinking outside the box and adding new specials.

Some of our exciting specials that we cycle through seasonally are our grilled Lahaina octopus with coconut carrot curry and our smoked tri tip with okinawan sweet potato, steamed broccolini and chili oil.
