We receive some of the finest and healthiest ingredients available on Maui. Our fish is all Hawaiian caught, we receive whole mahi mahi and ono from Maalaea Harbor. Our octopus is hand caught by divers in Kaanapali.
Maintaining a commitment to freshness and sustainability our meat and vegetables are also sourced locally.
Maui Nui Venison is a new FDA inspected butchery serving the freshest cuts of our local axis deer. We utilize the healthy and delicious meat with our Thai inspired bao buns as well as our crispy rice, green papaya salad and tamarind sauce.
Our beef is sourced from Maui Cattle Company. This grass fed beef from Kula is braised for hours and seasoned to perfection.
We are proud to serve vegetables from Molokai, Kula and Paia. Our purple daikon, broccolini and okinawan sweet potato add color and nutrients to our vibrant dishes.
